Biosketch: Teresa A. Crutchley, M.D. has joined the Division of Vascular Surgery as Assistant Professor. Dr. Crutchley obtained her medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno, NV in 2001. She continued her medical education with her residency in General Surgery at The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio from 2001 - 2006 and completed her Vascular Surgery fellowship training at Wake Forest University Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC in 2008. She is currently certified with the American Board of Surgery in both General Surgery and Vascular Surgery.
